"Keep out! applies to all

You can say "Keep out!" to anyone, but those bullies who work for The State  believe they are exempt. They believe if they are the ones doing it, it can't be "trespassing". They believe there is nowhere off limits to them because otherwise they couldn't do their "job".

They are actually a much worse threat to property rights than the migrants so many "conservatives" fear and hate (and use as justification for the property rights violators of the State).

And, most of the time they get away with it.

Shooting them for trespassing comes at a high cost. You might avoid being violated, or even murdered, at that moment, but stopping their immediate violation brings unending numbers of their brother gang members down on you. And disgusting copsuckers and other State worshipers will say you deserve it. Think of Cory Maye.

Well, trespassing applies to everyone. Badge or no badge, "papers" or none, "warrant" or none. If you trespass to conduct an inspection, you are still a trespasser. If you trespass to get where you want to go, you are still a trespasser. If you trespass to conduct an investigation, you are still a trespasser. Your "job" can't exempt you. And if you trespass with intent to commit acts of enforcement, I hope you die for it- preferably in such a way that your victim doesn't get blamed.

  1. "...so many 'conservatives' fear and hate."

Hmmmm. Maybe a few, but not the majority.

Most just don't want to pay for the invaders through increased ER visits, healthcare, public services, bilingual signs, forms, SNAP/EBT cards, etc.

Just like our ancestors at Ellis Island didn't get these things.

If they wanna come here without all the 'entitlements' (read my private property earned through sweat) then we have no problem with that.

Ps. I have no love for the 'state.' But aren't you a'fearin' and a'hatin' too?

    1. The majority of the "conservatives" I know personally do indeed fear and hate migrants- but try to kinda, sorta look the other way for those with government permission. Maybe you are different.

I don't want welfare for ANYONE. Migrant or 10th generation "American". Not even for those who migrated here long before Ellis Island became a processing center of statism.

And, yes, I hate the State. It (through its supporters) has declared itself an enemy of all I love: life, liberty, and property. It is my enemy and is criminal- in the most honest use of the word- to the core, from its very foundation. However, if I feared it, I wouldn't write these posts.

    1. If you put out bird seed, the birds will come. If you put out cat food, cats will show up. "Don't feed the bears"
End ALL welfare for everyone, or reap the consequences. It's not the fault of those who see the free stuff and show up to get it, it's the fault of those who offer it.
