Anti-gun "laws" may be sealing fates

No, don't answer.  But, as the anti-gun "laws" get more insane, will you comply?

If the penalty for owning a semi-auto "normal" gun approaches that for owning a fully automatic weapon of war (you know, the kind the Second Amendment is actually referring to- complete with the safety attachment called a suppressor) why settle for the lesser weapon?

If everything you want to do with your gun is "illegal", will you bury it, or will you push back?

If you know you are going to be targeted, or maybe even droned, for what you own or what you say, why just sit and wait for it to happen?  Why not "make a splash"?

The buffoons who sit around throwing their law tantrums must believe, contrary to reality, that they are immune to the law.  All the laws, actually.  The law of unintended consequences, Natural Law, and even the counterfeit "laws" they pass in their tantrums.  Because they have hired goons with fully-functional weapons surrounding them most of the time, they are not concerned about you or me.  "Crime" doesn't usually touch them.  That's for the "little people" to worry about.

But I don't worry.

They are the bad guys.  I know it, and the people who matter know it.  Some of their hired goons even know it.  The real Laws won't be thwarted.  Nature won't be cheated.  It doesn't even matter what you or I do, in the long run.  The Universe will balance out.  The general trend has been towards more liberty.

These anti-liberty bigots are on the losing side of history and they are fighting against the coming darkness that they hope will not engulf them.  So they target gun owners and other people who understand Liberty.  We are not their real enemy.  They have already lost.  Their nerve signals are still sluggishly transmitting the news of their death to their reptilian brains.  They will be so surprised in that moment when they suddenly get the news.  And I hope I'm still around to enjoy their pain, and to relieve myself in their dying faces.  No pity- not anymore.

  1. Kent,

"The general trend has been towards more liberty."

I disagree with you on that, but at the same time I fervently hope you are right.

  2. No one in the main stream media, and no one at Fox News, and no one else that I can find, mentions that people like James Madison stated quite clearly that the reason the citizens should be arm was to resist the government if it ever should become an unconsitutional and tyranical government. I guess that's why no one mentions it now because the Federal Government is now well beyond the constitution and is tyranical and all the commentators are pro-government.

Further, I don't see liberty coming down the road any tiime soon. I see more government and more tyranny rolling over us. One man fighting for his rights is a nutcase. Several dozen to several thousand are a "threat to national security" and must be put down immediately. Only when a million or more citizens educate themselves about the nature of rights and the natural tyranny of government and organize to fight that government will there be any hope of liberty being restored.

But, of course, if that happens the people will only have about 50 years, if that long, before the new government begins to morph into the old government. Such is the nature of humans. Such is the nature of power.

  3. Kent- I like your term "anti-liberty bigots" to describe the bad guys. I usually use the term, "pro-government extremists."

  4. Sometimes I call them "government extremists". I figure the "pro-" is just implied. LOL

  5. I posted the following comment recently on a story about the kid who mentioned water guns, and his dad got a visit from the gun confiscators:

"Come on, anti-liberty bigots. Keep squeezing harder and harder. See what happens."

    A commenter took offense:

"why resort to name calling and choosing a certain group to target, Kent? Can we just agree that PEOPLE are the problem here, regardless of their political party? I mean, seriously. I'm getting sick and tired of the political name calling. It's f***ing ridiculous."

    So, I replied:
"What "name calling"? I didn't single out 'Democrats' or 'Republicans' or even 'liberals' or 'Conservatives'. I only singled out those who, by their very actions have shown beyond a shadow of a doubt that they harbor a toxic bigotry against liberty. If they stop pushing for genocide and tyranny they will not be offended by any truthful observations about their views. Otherwise..."

The "likes" were overwhelmingly in my favor.

  6. and the soi disant "elites" are beginning to learn that even their hired guns are not to be relied on. a survey by the "police one" web site polled some 15,000 serving police officers and found the great majority of rank and file street cops support legally armed citizens. i live in a "no permit required or issued" and our police are quite comfortable working among armed citizens.

  7. typo, missed word, read "no permit required or issued" state. to clarify, this state has no "pistol permit" law. law abiding citizens may carry a handgun, openly or concealed, at their own descretion and responsibility.
