Those who want you to doubt that anarchy (self-ownership and individual responsibility) is the best, most moral, and ethical way to live among others are asking you to accept that theft, aggression, superstition, and slavery are perhaps better.
I recently learned about how Memorial Day was begun. It was first observed by recently freed former slaves in South Carolina to thank fallen American troops for their sacrafices.
Of course, those "troops" actually had nothing to do with the former slaves' freedom, and they quickly traded away that freedom for more slavery (just as did all Americans after the War to Keep the Abused Spouse Prisoner). I accept that they did what they believed was a good thing, for reasons they thought were justified- but look how badly it has been corrupted today. It is just another day to celebrate The State.
