Here it is. Something new. A video blog post. Expect more to come.

Those who want you to doubt that anarchy (self-ownership and individual responsibility) is the best, most moral, and ethical way to live among others are asking you to accept that theft, aggression, superstition, and slavery are better.

Always insightful Kent. I've always believed this about the #hoodielivesmatter crowd. I even recall a US Representative speaking on the floor of the House in defense of urban yoots being mislabeled as "thugs" because of their chosen styling and affectations. Does this apply to that group as well? As much I dislike government bullies, I still fear their abuse less than that which would come from the aforementioned demographic. The arguments on balance are rooted in stereotyping and generalization don't you think?
ReplyDeleteIf not then this presents a dilemma for me with my own personal daily attire and EDC equipment. There are some practical concessions one has to make, much like libertarianism. ;-)
If you try to look/act like a certain kind of person don't be surprised when you are treated like that sort of person. It isn't "fair".
DeleteI don't fear the "urban youth" at all. We really don't have any around here. Cops, on the other hand, we do have. The relative risks always depend on where you are.
lol. as promised: it surprised and shocked, maybe even horrified and disgusted. we will never be the same.
ReplyDeleteWatch out! There will be MORE!
Deletebtw- the new "verification that I am not a robot" method allows commenting again. (the previous method prevented commenting, frankly)
ReplyDeleteThat's good, but I have nothing to do with that. Other than turning verification on and off- although... maybe I can turn it off again until the Chinese* spammers find me once more.
Delete*assumption based on where most of the views come from when the spammers arrive
Hmmm... I don't have verification turn on anyway. Maybe that's why it is possible to comment now.
